Rosemary Wills Franz, age 74, of Cicero, IN passed away June 24, 2017 with her family at her side.

She was born November 2, 1942 at Noblesville, IN to Ralph Raymond and Ida Mae (Statzer) Wills.

She was a graduate of Jackson Central High School with the Class of 1961. She also married Karl David Franz on March 4, 1961. He survives her. Also surviving are their four sons: David W. (Christine) Franz of Indianapolis, IN, Michael D. (Vickie) Franz of Muncie, IN, Jeffrey L. (Tina Childers) Franz of Cicero, IN., and Larry L. (Kelli) Franz of Noblesville, IN, siblings: David L. Wills of Cicero, IN, Ralph R. Wills, Jr. of Atlanta, IN, and Janet I. Wills of Spencer, IN, plus seven grandchildren and two great-grandchiildren.

Rosemary enjoyed crocheting, fishing, and camping. And, as told by her family, she mostly enjoyed being a wife, mom, and grandma.

In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by two brothers: Eugene D. Wills and Kenneth D. Wills.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 with Pastor Neal Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 prior to the services. Burial will occur Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at the Cicero Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent Foundation Cardiovascular Research Institute, 8402 Harcourt Road, Suite 210, Indianapolis, IN 46260.
